Atlanta band Cruise Director describes their sound "surfy, stony indie rock." Recently, I was given the honor of designing a show poster as well as the album artwork for their new single 'Hazy Days.' A product of their mellow sounds, both pieces were inspired by 1970's surf culture. The reflective imagery utilized scanned photos, typography, and negative space.
